Good article. I was immediately surprised to read Neil's comment about how unique drums are in comparison to other instruments, having just written an article (in May) pointing out that very fact. Coincidentally, many of the accompanying photos I included throughout my article were of the elaborate and beautiful drum kits of both Neil Peart and Terry Bozzio! My article had also referenced the rigidity of the saxophone in comparison to the flexibility of drums.
